Good brokers. Very friendly and polite and always advise me, in plenty of time, when my renewals are due. Usually get very competitive quotes eventually. (Initial quote is not all that competitive, but after voicing some dissatisfaction, always tend to get back to me with a much better one). Still, i suppose that's the same with all insurance companies. Overall, am perfectly happy with them.

I have used this company for a few years and have several policies with them.Their customer service and friendliness have been why I have stayed loyal. This is the first time I have had to make a claim and I am very disappointed with the service I have received especially the way my query was dealt with this afternoon.I am seriously considering cancelling all my policies despite the fact that I would lose out financially

I’ve been with a plan now for a few years I started out on the young drivers scheme which really helped me out massively! The guy who helped me set up my policy named mr Edward Harris has been a star! Such a nice bloke very friendly and would answer any questions I had to ask in full detail so I understood! So if you wanna start a policy with these guys ask to talk to a mr Edward Harris at the Guildford branch thanks again guys , from charlie Goulding

Terrific service from Deniz Guner, responding to a short notice request for indemnity insurance for my company. Great advice re other cover I hadn't considered, and a negotiated discount on the quoted premium - all done in a couple of days. Thanks very much!

I have used A-Plan Weybridge since 2011 for pretty much all my insurance needs (car, house, landlord).
Chris Griffiths has been so helpful in sorting things out with the claim process - had more issues with a not at fault write off than with a 50/50 write off due to ‘Legal Cover’. Chris spent a lot of time and many phone calls helping me. He always responds really quickly to calls and is unfailingly polite and helpful even when dealing with an extremely stressed and very grumpy client. My insurance premiums are always competitive even when I’m insisting on the same underwriter. My daughter now has her car insurance with them (still haven’t had the £25 voucher for referral from March - tho that’s not down to Chris - A-Plan HQ please note!).
To be fair the rest of the staff I have dealt with have also always been friendly, polite and professional - although I do think there might be some still learning the ropes which may have contributed to some of the issues.
I thoroughly recommend this branch and wouldn’t go anywhere else even though I now live in Shropshire.
