I have been with this company for many years. Fortunately i’ve only needed to call on them a couple of times and each time they have been quick to respond /assist and guide me through the obstacles that are thrown when calling at a time of an accident. I would definitely recommend.

Bad side is they are ushaly a lot more money than other brokers but depends if you value service???

I have had car and building/ contents insurance with A-Plan . I have renewed for the last three years. They r so patient and explain everything so that u can understand. They take their time and I never feel they r trying to rush me. Their quotes are great and compare well. A friend of mine also decided to take out insurance with them. Thank u A-Plan .

started with just one product with this company,as we have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies,but they have proved to be brilliant,they understand your budget and get you the best deal for your money,as our car is old we didn't want to spend a fortune insuring it,but with our house insurance we were willing to spend more,they are so good at the personal touch,we now have several polices with them and have recommended them to our friends and not just for the gift they give you for doing this!!!
