Staff are available, knowledgeable about kitcars and their insurance pricing, and are willing to give several quotes. The prices are consistently really decent.

Friendly and helpful service, but savings were made mainly by my decision to use my own breakdown recovery deal than any savings resulting from provisions supplied by A-Plan.

Whilst I have been generally pleased with the service over quite a few years with A Plan, I was disappointed with their latest attempt to provide me with car insurance, quoting a figure nearly twice last year's premium. I undertook a number on internet searches and obtained the same insurance up to £300 cheaper with a well established Company although I was offered even cheaper insurance by a number of other Companies.

Had a complication with my van insurance and always shopped around. Year before this year I queeried extra premium, but after speaking to A plan advisor, I understood and knew I was being told the honest truth. Vowed then to stick with A plan. Very happy. Jeff.
