I first used A-Plan 5 years ago when I was dissatisfied with the service of my current insurance broker. The service I get as an existing customer is just as good as when I was a new customer. They are always extremely helpful, and the cost of insurance is always extremely competitive.

I have 3 insurance policies with A-Plan. The staff in Dunstable are great and l can go in at anytime and discuss my needs with them, they are always willing, supportive and helpful. They search through policies to find the best one to suit my individual needs.I know l could have got insurances at a slightly cheaper price however it would be without the personal service and support provided by A-Plan. Thankfully l have never had to make a claim however l know l can walk in or call A-Plan and l will have personal support. YAY

Was recomended to A-Plan from a VW T4 Facebook forum. At least the guy I spoke to was conversant with T4's, whereas on contacting other insurers it was like trying to get blood out of a stone.

I have always used A plan. They achieve the best results that saves me time when looking for car insurance and get me a competitive price. Recently when a person backed into my car they talked me through the process. Having never had an accident before after over 35 years of driving they explained everything to me including what would happen and what i should expect from my insurers. Insurance is so easy with A plan. I thoroughly recommend.
