Top class, had a confusion over payment dates when setting up the policy, completely my own fault not a-plans, so account fell into arrears. So I called and spoke to Tom S who works at the parkstone branch. The man was a complete legend when it came to sorting everything out on the account and was more than willing to put a very cheeky offer of me splitting the outstanding balance across the rest of the payments to his boss. I advise this advisor everyday of the week. He went above and beyond. #promotion #payrise #5star service #geezer

I always used A-Plan but they became more expensive so I shopped around. When my insurance was coming up for renewal this year A-Plan contacted me to see if they could win me back - and you have A-Plan.The gentleman I spoke was polite and courtesous and did whatever he could to obtain the best possible Insurance Plan for me.
