Excellent customer service, if you don't understand anything or need some thing explained they are very polite, patient and are happy to help. My car insurance and my husbands was abit more expensive but you get what you pay for a fantastic service and what I like is that they listen properly to what you want unlike other car insurance companies who get it wrong.
