The guy went through the garb of other insurances available, one of which I showed interest in and requested if certain things covered. Was told we will get back to you, two months later not a scooby-do.

I’m in the midst of buying a new home some distance away from my current. In short , there will be a period where I will own two houses and need to insure both conjointly.

I’ve been with A-plan for a few years now & I go back to them year on year as they always find me the best deal & a human being always answers a phone call!! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & courteous so why would I change? I have been a customer of A-Plan for many years, but I am noticing of late that renewal premiums initially quoted are getting somewhat uncompetitive, which I find surprising given the size of A-Plan who should be able to negotiate keener prices. Having said that, the service I get from Jason is first class and I fully appreciate the discounts he has given me to keep me as a customer.
