Having had another insurance company let us down at the last minuet. Elle from the Aylesbury branch first words to me were "Don't worry I can fix this!" So reassuring, she was very helpfully, got me a great deal, and solved what was almost a disaster. I would not hesitate to recommend A Plan and especially her to anyone

Routine renewal of car insurance, but despite clear telephone instructions on some changes of detail and the need to renew legal cover these were omitted in the documentation first sent.to me. As a longstanding customer I have to say I was disappointed.

I can’t speak highly enough of A-Plan and their associates. I have my Jeep insurance and recently added my home insurance. They always find me the best deal and with my home insurance, I get so many more benefits than my bank. The sales guys are friendly, knowledgeable and competent, they will listen and maybe share a joke!! I’ve recommended to my friends and family and have been rewarded with a £25 card! Very happy customer!
