I spoke to Robert Pratt who was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he helpful but he was patient and kind. He took time to look for the best options for me, explained clearly what he was doing, how it worked and my options.
I said to him that I wish his boss was listening in - to see just how good he is. I train people on customer service and Robert was/is a shining example of how to do it right. Give the man a pay rise and get others to learn from him. Top quality service. I'm impressed!

I phoned for quotes and spoke to aNathan. He was very clear concise and professional. I then went to my original provider for quotes on our 2 cars and home insurance. Although they were slightly cheaper I have decided to go ahead with A Plan.
I again spoke to Nathan. He explained everything clearly and I feel confident with my decision. Excellent service.

Last year's insurance I had 0 no clams bones I wait way on fennel and my 9 years no clams wow found and it only save me £50 I'm still paying around £500 wen iv been with them for years and I'm 45
All prices off car insurance from ALL insurance companies (((((STINKS ITS APSALOOLY DISCUSTING))))) I'm paying £500 on a £300 pond car that say it's not wot u driv its wot u can hit if that's the case all car insurance should be the same according to your age

Have been with A-Plan Banbury for many years and although not the cheapest Insurance the service is next to none and is always 1st class. They retain the same staff over the years which is also a sign of a happy team and this shows the moment one walks through the doors.
If you are after getting every penny of discount then forget A-Plan, but if you are willing to pay just a little more and get a brilliant back up when someone damages your car and you want help, this is when you will thank your lucky stars as they take the hassle out of any claim no matters who's fault it is.
