Rang the Bournemouth office to renew my mum's car insurance (Mrs j judge Pl21 9bt). It didn't ring for long before it was answered by a polite and cheerful person called kirsty. She was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and called me back straight away when I accidently cut her off. My call was dealt with very efficiently from start to finish

I was redirected to A-Plan Insurance to find suitable Home Contents Insurance as Endsleigh no longer provides joint cover to independent adults sharing properties.
The agent at Endsleigh found such cover for us directly from A-Plan and the A-Plan agent was able to clarify/amend some of the documentation I received to my satisfaction.
Both agents were patient, personable and professional: All good qualities, especially when we're all working from home under peculiar circumstances!

The service from Tom Houlding of A-Plan Bournemouth was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, for him, all my questions were answered and as a result I was happy to renew my motor vehicle cover through A-Plan.
I regularly look else where to see if it is worth me changing brokers, its not just the final figure, it really is about having trust in the broker to find the most appropriate level of cover required and feeling comfortable with the level of communication.

I called A-Plan Bournemouth as we urgently needed to insure our old Ford Fiesta, to enable our son in law to drive it back down to us from Oxford.

Shahan from the Bournemouth branch managed to get us home insurance at a very reasonable price considering we are currently self-building an extension and it's proven difficult to get insurers to quote us in the past. It was a simple process - I gave Shahan all our details and he did the rest, coming back with a couple of quotes to choose from. He explained everything well and answered all my questions clearly. Something I was worrying about was made very easy and I shall recommend Shahan and A-Plan to friends and family. I will be going back to get a quote for my car insurance when it's due!

Fantastic, professional and quick service! Jacqueline Elliott at the Fareham branch quickly understood my needs for my hone insurance, and was more than happy to help when I had to change the start date a few times due to my exchange date changing prior to taking out the policy. I highly recommend A-Plan and will continue to use them for my insurance needs in the future.

I have used A Plan for motor insurance for many years for myself and other family members. I have always found them to be very friendly, efficient and cost effective. On the one occasion I have had to submit a claim, they dealt with it with their customary efficiency. More recently, I have also used them for house insurance with the same service delivery.
