Was unhappy about the renewal advice on my car insurance but following further discussion with A-plan a satisfactory solution was achieved. It is a mild disappointment that a better renewal offer was not put forward at the time of initial advice.

I`m happy with my policy I will recomend A-plan insurance They have good prices At the moment I'v got 2 vans insured with Them for over 2 years No problem with changes on policy as changing drivers ect. In the past I did try other insurer but as You know no one like to do that every year They always try to do it best quote for renewal

My Son and I have several policies with A Plan. We go there because you always get someone to talk to face to face and they look for the best insurance for you. In the event of a claim you just have to walk in the door and a friendly face gets and sorts it out for you. No long holding on telephone calls to a faceless person who has to ask someone else because they haven't got a clue what you are talking about!
