I called A-plan , when I received appalling service from LV and needed some alternative quotes , A-plan were attentive professional and sympathetic with simply excellent service , doing exactly what they said , on time and with an excellent outcome.

i HAVE BEEN WITH A PLAN FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS NOW, I KNOW A FEW OF THE STAFF OVER THE TIME, I GAVE A 4 STAR REVIEW, WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 BUT WASNT OFFERED A GREAT DEAL THE PREVIOUS YEAR, BUT OVERALL A EASY AND EFFICIENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

The advisors are well informed but l find the policies are very expensive. I only got my policy reduced as l had found a better deal elsewhere and rang to advise this. I don’t understand why the best deals are not given straight away to long-standing customers.

I have my contents, buildings and car insurance through A Plan. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. It's so nice to call and speak to a human voice without having to go through endless recorded messages. If I have a problem, they always sort it out for me.
