I have used my local branch of A-plan since they set up here over fifteen years ago. I have found their service to be excellent at all times. The staff are friendly and helpful and it has always been a bonus to be able to call in and speak to someone if you have a question rather than waiting on hold for a call centre employee who you never meet and doesn't know you from Adam! I try to keep all of my policies with them. They have never let me down, have always been great value and I recommend them thoroughly.

The thing I like the most about A Plan is they are telephone based and that gives it the personal feel. All the work is done over the phone but your documents are electronically giving it that perfect blend of people and technology

Well my experience with A plan still very good I have 2 policy with A plan,and now got another policy out for my wife’s car Nick the manger from MK gave me good price for another car policy thanks NICK ... I would Recommend anyone to go with A Plan Insurance thanks again Nick ....👍👍👍👍👍

A-plan have made my caravan insurance renewal very easy to renew and understand taking into account that the insurance underwriter has changed. Happy with premium again this year, with all my other insurance policies I do tend to shop around and change when needed but with A-plan I have no need to again this year.
