I would have given 5 stars originally however my initial renewal enquiry was soured by rude service by one representative and only rescued by the branch manager after I felt it necessary to complain and threatened to take my custom elsewhere. I hope that this is a one off and don't have to experience this type of poor service again.

They said they would find me cheaper better car insurance, they did. They contacted me when they said they would. Everything was clearly explained. The online portal is easy to use and allows easy access to all the data And documents. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. And as we already our house insurance with A-Plan they gave a voucher for £50.
