I've been a customer of A Plan on the IOW for 10+ years (despite living on the mainland!) - I find their service to be exceptional. Even in the current restricted working environment they still provided a personal service, two calls to discuss the best offers they'd found for my home insurance, and always giving time to discuss options and ways to reduce the quote. Very happy.

Within the limitations of COVID and communication, A-Plan were able to be very helpful and found me a satisfactory car insurance. As the staff are working at home, I did not always speak to the same person, but their internal system worked well. They also found me a premium which was much cheaper than the quote from my original insurer.

I spoke to Sarah from the Bletchley branch. I found her polite, professional and extremely helpful. She explained each of the policies answering any questions I had. She was wasn't pushy and researched until she found me the best price. Although the prices have increased generally she still managed to beat the renewal quote for my car insurance from my previous insurer. I've had my house insurance with A Pan for 10 years now and renewed again this year as it was the best quote I had. Trust worthy and great service
