Had car insurance with them first. Then moved house insurance. Seems to be a good deal and they will hopefully look for best prices at renewal. I like dealing with a human being rather than doing all of this on line. Questions can be asked and answers given. All in all a good experience. The advisors are friendly and keen to help.

A-Plan are a very good company and look after their customers really well! Its so nice to be able to speak to a human being and also to be able to support a local business. Recently switched a Landlords property policy to A Plan's Bromley office from another A Plan office who were unable to assist with the renewal.
The Commercial Manager was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful and the risk was placed with wider cover and cheaper than the original. I would not hesitate to renew next year with the Bromley office

Having purchased a new Hybrid car I called in to A-Plan to update my policy. Unfortunately my existing insurers declined to take on this type of vehicle. It was soon established other Companies were also reluctant which meant a real slog finding cover. The agent spent quite some time on my behalf but came up trumps. Been insuring through A-Plan for a few years now, both car and home insurance. They always come up with the goods and are so helpful and friendly.
