There is little really to say. The member of staff was calm, collected and competent throughout our conversation, friendly without being too familiar and the renewal confirmation papers were with me as promised within twenty four hours.I'm not a complicated individual so my transaction was relatively straightforward. I cannot fault the service in any way.

I have been with this company for several years now and trust them to find me the best deal for my house insurance and my car insurance.
If I have to get in touch there is no recorded message telling you to press button 1. 2 or 3 and they do not put you in a queue that makes you wait for ever.

I renewed my motor insurance helped by Lauren, Alice and Thomas of the Bournemouth Team. All were efficient, helpful and polite. Good company to insure with but as with all insurance company’s they will not give anything back. This last year 2020, most people haven’t been able to go anywhere due to this pandemic.
A Plan made no effort to offer premium reductions on renewals or existing policy’s instead they made up some complicated ifs and buts excuses and complicated procedures that required the individual to ring up and change policy details and when needed ring again to change them back.
So basically car insurance company’s have made a killing including A Plan.

I received a phone call as a reminder for home insurance, discussed slight change, as I needed time to consider the change I was given time to think. A few days later I was phoned back, we finalised the home insurance. I was then offered a call when car insurance was due, with an incentive of £50 off . I thought that very interesting.
