I can’t recommend Aplan enough. So easy, great customer service and very competitive rates. I’d like to highlight Ashley from the Lichfield branch, a professional and so helpful, managed to get me a great price and was such a simple process. Just insured my Ford Mustang with A Plan - got straight through on the phone and dealt with Lisa who is fairly new. Brilliant service, she followed up with email advice on how to create an account because I was struggling.By far the best experience I have had in dealing with insurance and crackin, flexible deal. Will use again when my other car,s insurance comes due. Well done A Plan and well done Lisa.

disappointed. I didn't receive a reminder from you about my car insurance. when I phoned you said it was on its way. but I never got it... I phoned again. and we concluded the insurance on the phone. I asked for the documents to be posted to me but I have never received them. because of the lockdown I haven't phoned again. but will not renew with you again if I don't get them or get a reminder next year.
