In the first quarter of 2020 i was faced with finding a new insurance broker after receiving extremely bad service from my previous insurer, i was recommended to A-Plan by my car dealer and decided to call and ask for more details on a potential quote, as i am a young driver with a high end car i often get turned away or not taken seriously by brokers, so i was sceptical about reaching out. I was handed to a young man called Alex Ratcliffe, the service from him was outstanding. Alex actively tried to get me the best rate possible unlike most other insurers, he clearly laid out the terms and explained in detail what certain things on my policy meant, and constantly kept me in the loop regarding changes to my policy. I could not recommend A-Plan enough, their service and pricing is nothing short of exceptional.

I have always found A-Plan to be super efficient, communicative, really friendly and always find me the best deal most suited to me. Would always recommend them as I do not have the time or the energy to do the research myself!!

My policy renewal came with similar premium to last year, only when I mentioned I could get a better deal A-Plan found a policy to match the one I found. It will be good if you could find a better deal without me searching the internet for one!

A plan representatives always call well in advance of renewal date to discuss the policy renewal .
In this case it was agreed to take payment on a particular date. I had expected a call to confirm this but I called them and was informed the transaction had gone through.
Paperwork was received shortly afterwards.

The guy went through the garb of other insurances available, one of which I showed interest in and requested if certain things covered. Was told we will get back to you, two months later not a scooby-do.
