Service and advice from Rebekah Humphries was excellent and after wasting many frustrating hours on comparison sites and insurers own web sites it was a relief to be able to actually speak directly to a human being. As an existing cutomer through TR Register Insurance I am used to excellent personal service and recently added my daily driver to the TR policy. I am delighted to have been given a very reasonable deal to insure a third car in my son's name as he is the main driver. I will recommend other TR Register members to either add their other cars to their TR policy or insure via A-Plan.

I went into the office to pay my car insurance,didn’t know the office was closed but a very nice young man came to the door and asked what I needed.
He then went off and processed my insurance at a safe distance as I stayed outside.
I was very happy with the service,have always found the people in the office very helpful.

The only annoying thing is each year when it comes to renewal they send a ridiculous price and you have to phone them argue about the price and they always reduce it. Why not give there best price to start with to save us all time.
