I was left a message to renew my car insurance. When I rang them back they were very helpful and I told them how much I had paid last time and did envisage paying much more. They came back to me with a quote which was for approx £3 so I accepted and it was good as I didn’t have to check other insurance companies to see if I could get a better deal. Very pleased

I have found the A plan team friendly, informative, polite and they answer any question. There is a personal old fashioned touch in their communication - very respectful. Why are the other companies like this? Or am I just lucky? I think not as I have spoken to different members of the team and they all appear to communicate in similar ways. Have been with A-plan for years now, good customer service, always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone.
Always manage to get me the best deal on my kitcar but have had insurance with them for campervan for past 2 years and have used them for my daily car and house insurance in the past.
Luckily I haven't had a claim with them yet so can't comment from that side.

I have been dealing with the Horsham branch for over 10 years and I find the customer service agents are excellent to deal with. Pricing is competitive aswell as clear and easy setup of policies.
