Held on the phone far too long for a simple renewal. Friendly staff just don't want to be on the phone sooooo long to renew. However I've been with them for 4 years. A good company otherwise 👍

I was struggling to get landlord insurance due to my property being flooded several years ago. A Plan spent time and effort to find a suitable insurance for me.
