The people at Aplan are always on the ball with searching for the best cover for me at the best price, always get plenty of notice when a policy is due so I can shop around ( they like me to do that) but I’ve never bettered their quote. Only ever claimed on a policy once and they were brilliant they sorted things for me nothing is to much trouble .

Just four stars as I had to question the stated value of my three-year-old car as it was quoted at value as new. This immediately reduced the premium. Unfortunately, I had overlooked this last year. Worth checking.

I have just taken out a home insurance policy after a good experience with A-plan when arranging my car policy earlier this year. The service I received from Nick at the Bletchley branch (again) was fantastic. I was exchanging and needed to sort out the buildings insurance that day. Nick took the details and got back in touch within 20 minutes with two options, clearly explaining the difference and the deal he had been able to secure for me. I ended up paying quite a bit less than I was expecting, for better cover. I was especially impressed that Nick made the connection between my home move and changing the details on my car policy so the address stayed accurate, something I had forgotten about. Within minutes I had the policy documents to review (all correct) and was confident to proceed. He is a friendly, warm and efficient chap to deal with, he took a weight off my mind. and I will certainly be back at renewal. A-plan is lucky to have him!
