overall good service, nice staff polite and helpful and no automated machines, only gave 4 stars not 5 because this years renewal was very messy as I chose to pay over 11 months rather than 4, initially I was paying in 4 instalments to avoid the interest, hopefully next years renewal will go more smoothly, food for thought I think a good change for the customer would be for those of us who for a lot of years pay car insurance to any insurance company and don't actually make a claim should get something back instead of actually facing higher premiums each year.

I have been with this company many years.. the first quote I received was extortionate.. and only when I got a much cheaper quote somewhere else did they say oh yes we can match that.. should I as a valued customer get the best quote first time??

Very happy with the service as is my husband and 21 year old daughter.We had a much better deal for my daughter than you could get online. Fortunately we haven't had to claim anything so cannot comment on that process. The staff are consistently pleasant and friendly and do their best to get you the best deal
