I would have given 5 stars but I have one small reservation. When I received the renewal notice, the premium had increased by well over 10% so I called to see why. I was very pleased to be offered an electronic policy with a much reduced premium and the matter was handled very well by your staff. However, as a loyal customer, I think it would have been better service on your part if we had been offered the lower premium in the first instance.

A-Plan is a top-notch insurer. A few years back we had a situation where some jewellery went missing from our flat. We have contents insurance with A-Plan and we spoke to one of the agents about the problem and he got moving on our behalf.
We shall never forget the help we were given. The agent was professional, courteous and boy, did he come up trumps! We got reimbursed to the value of the missing jewellery.
There you go, In my opinion A-Plan deserves ten stars, but I can only give them five.

The ideal broker, efficient, polite, punctual. The easiest way of getting you insurance needs sorted, have used them for years and will continue to do so. I'm sure that they are not the cheapest but I'd rather have insurance that works when or if its needed with no worries or stresses.
