They contacted me 4 week's before my renewal was due, this gave me time to check other prices, they said they would get in touch again, and they did, gave me a quote that was comparable to what I had already got from comparison web sites, so did not hesitate to renew with aplan.
Ps I do not give my insurance a second thought so it's nice to be contacted early enough to be able to search around, previous companies only contacted me 7 days before renewal

I have two policies through A plan, one motor and one home. Both the advisors I dealt with were very helpful,not pushy in the least , Rebecca motor and Jake with the home policy. They both gave me time to decide and rang back as arranged. I was able to negotiate a fair price for both policies. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
