A-Plan were recommended by the company I purchased the vehicle from.It was the first time I had heard of them and having used a broker for many years I wasn't sure how to go about the process. I wouldn't say the process was short but the guys at A-Plan were brilliant and helped me all the way through. They were prompt, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. I am now looking at my vehicles on cover elsewhere and hoping A-Plan can deal with them as well.

A plan gave me a good house ins price considering my circumstances. That also includes my car ins with them. They were efficient and polite and always answer the phone sending you to the correct dept for help. I would have no trouble recommending them to others.

Really good company, always very helpful. Back in 2014/15 when there was a lot of flooding in the area that I live. Lots of insurances companies wouldn’t insure my house. I asked them before even sitting down. “ look, before we waste each other’s time do you insure my area?” “Yes, of course we can” was reply. Wasn’t stupid money very reasonable, have been with them ever since.

An easy company to deal with who take as much pain as possible out of the business of buying insurances of all types. After stumbling across them several years ago I now use them exclusively. They call and prompt when insurances are due eliminating the risk of forgetting to renew, they offer competitive pricing and gather their prices from a range of providers. They are always pleasant and helpful on the phone to the point where one looks forward to their calls! Who ever expected to be able to say that of their insurance provider? Strongly recommend.

Received your mail shot on day I was about to renew my house insurance. Previously with Aviva whose renewal notice showed a 25% increase- a bit heavy especially as we have never claimed!
Spoke with James who was very helpful and thorough. Took all my details and rang back a couple of hours later with a couple of quotes, both much less than Aviva.
After a lengthy discussion accepted his recommendation and put replacement insurance in place.
Altogether a very efficient, helpful and friendly experience. Well done and thank you.
