I had the misfortune to crash into a deer which was stressful but A plan picked up my vehicle within 45 minutes and was straight on the phone to deal with me. Fast forward 10 days.. I received the exact amount I wanted from Rachel and the team at Andover. I was treated very well and they took the stress away from my situation. 10/10

Throughout the telephone conversation l felt at ease to ask questions of any aspects l wasn't too sure about. I felt that my custom was valued and that they would do their best to obtain the best deal for me. There was no pressure and l was especially pleased with the quote l was given which was actually less than last year.
They were polite which you would think is a prerequisite in their career but this unfortunately isn't the case. I have been with this company a number of years and will continue to deal with them in the future.
