A Plan are great as it is a 'one stop' shop for insurance needs and you contact them from start to finish and should an issue arise they resolve it quickly and efficiently. The team are personal and quickly get up to speed with who you are and what policies you have, etc..

I decided after years of buying insurance online and having bad experiences, to try A-Plan in our highstreet. overall good service, nice staff polite and helpful and no automated machines, only gave 4 stars not 5 because this years renewal was very messy as I chose to pay over 11 months rather than 4, initially I was paying in 4 instalments to avoid the interest, hopefully next years renewal will go more smoothly, food for thought I think a good change for the customer would be for those of us who for a lot of years pay car insurance to any insurance company and don't actually make a claim should get something back instead of actually facing higher premiums each year.

I have been with this company many years.. the first quote I received was extortionate.. and only when I got a much cheaper quote somewhere else did they say oh yes we can match that.. should I as a valued customer get the best quote first time??

The agent I spoke to was very helpful and gave me a good price for the car insurance I wanted/needed.
