I spoke to Sarah from the Bletchley branch. I found her polite, professional and extremely helpful. She explained each of the policies answering any questions I had. She was wasn't pushy and researched until she found me the best price. Although the prices have increased generally she still managed to beat the renewal quote for my car insurance from my previous insurer. I've had my house insurance with A Pan for 10 years now and renewed again this year as it was the best quote I had. Trust worthy and great service

I have been using A plan insurance for a few years now. Each year I shop around and compare. I end up back with A plan. The prices are fare, the service is quick, I love that they are local to me, and most importantly, no automated phone system, I speak to a person each time I call!

I received a couple of reminder phone messages that my insurance was coming up for renewal so rang them back at my convenience. The man I spoke to was helpful and we went through to make sure that my requirements were being met and nothing had changed with regards to my information. This was all done in a matter of minutes in a very professional way, I paid over the phone. It was very quick and easy.
