A Plan and the way they work is exactly why I use a broker. Each year across a number of different policies (cars home and travel) they prepare and present competitive renewal quotations and present them to me for consideration often having to email and call me repeatedly to get my attention (without there persistence I am sure I would often end up uninsured).

I find dealing with A-plan is always a good experience. All staff that I have dealt with have been professional, friendly and helpful. I have just renewed my car insurance with A-Plan and also have home contents insurance with them. You don't have to wait for ages for someone to answer the phone, which is great.
