A Plan contacted me in plenty of time to renew my car insurance. I was able to discuss what I wanted fully and got a policy I am happy with. All the paperwork was made available to me. Very good - use them for my home insurance as well. Highly recommend A Plan.

I have been with Aplan for a few years now, each time I find a cheaper offer I look into it, and if Aplan offers a similar or better offer I stay. Recently they couldn't match the offer so I spoke to other companies, I discovered I was lied to about hidden costs, Patronised told I wouldn't understand the legality ( I work in Law) and spoken down to. I went back to Aplan for transparency and quality. My cover is fractionally more but I know exactly what I am buying.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful if they don't know something they say that and find out for you. I wont be changing again.

Once it was established following a phone call from A Plan that my renewal invitation was stuck in the Christmas post, using email I received the documents and was able to renew the cover in good time.
Staff were persistant in seeking renewal instructions for which I was grateful, there never was a possibility that I would be without cover should I have chosen to renew the cover, which I happily did.

Ive never made a claim for anything so wouldnt know what to do if I had to. I was with another company for 40 years and suddenly realised my Insurances were going up and up even though I had never made a claim! My daughter uses Aplan and I really liked the idea of using a local one that you could pop in like we always used to be able to do and Im so glad I did. The staff are very helpful so I am really pleased I changed.
