Everything was done by telephone and online. The staff I spoke with were very helpful and prepared to take their time if I didn't understand a point right away. Online queries were answered quickly. Documentation was clear and presented in a very professional way. I was very happy with the way my policy renewal was completed and I'd have no hesitation in contacting A-Plan again on an insurance matter.
