The renewal price offered for the car was too expensive but it was easy to negotiate a price reduction. The house insurance was far too expensive and I had to leave. Bartering is a must as loyalty is worth noting.

I experienced this first hand some years ago when I had a claim on my vehicle insurance, one phone call to A plan was all I had to do they organised the courtesy car, the repair and the payments. You cannot get that level of service from an online provider.
With A Plan you know that in the event that you have to make a claim their staff will handle everything for you taking away all the stress and ensuring that the Insurance policy provider pays out promptly and in full.

Little to add to the 5 stars âï¸. A-Plan is attentive to my needs but not pushy. It makes contact in sufficient time for thought and discussion. Everyone that one interacts with, by telephone or e-mail, is knowledgeable, helpful and a delight. Pricing is competitive and flexible to my changing needs and wishes.
