Amazing customer service and I am very happy with my transactions with them. Last week, I just inquired about the quotes for car insurance. Of course, I want to secure everything including my car for the future. Being insured is one of my top priority that is why I contact customer service about it and within 24 hours got the quotation from them. I've just renewed my Home Insurance and the insurance on both our cars for another year having been purchasing insurance at the same A Plan office in Carteton, Oxfordshire for a number of years. Sally-Ann Hamblin was excellent, honest, helpful and constructive. I'm a pensioner and rather slow at understanding and making decisions and she explained everything very carefully and made it all easy to understand. I am extremeIy pleased and totally satisfied with the service she provides and will definitely continue to carry on using the same A Plan office at Carteton where we always have received 100% satisfaction.

Enquired about taking out a motor vehicle insurance policy and spoke to Adam (Harris) who was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to obtain the best possible policy for my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided a very knowledgeable and courteous service.

A-Plan have always been excellent, good rates, efficient service and friendly personnel. My branch is Carterton and now that I have moved to Carterton I can drop in and see the staff myself (covid rules permitting....). Special commendation to Sally-Ann Hamblin who is my main contact there and who is super organised and friendly! What a pleasure to deal with her and her office.

I can honestly say it's the best insurance company I have ever dealt with for my business and I can genuinely say out of all the different companies I deal with on a daily basis and have dealt with, that this company cannot do enough for you. Well let me be totally honest I think it's our account manager Tommy Woolway that makes me think this company is the best I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble for this man and he is an absolute asset to this company!! A-plan should be so proud to have a guy like this working for them and from one boss to another I really wouldn't let this guy go. I thank Tommy for his hard work and the stress he takes away from me. Finds the best price on the market and while I'm being honest I now don't bother checking the price because its a waste of time as they come back with the best policy and price every time I have checked.
