We have used this company for both car and home insurance. They go way beyond expected efforts to get the best deals and are always on hand to answer any questions that may arise. The advice is honest and the result of many years experience in the insurance field. Comparison sites are fine, but do not have that personal touch that can be so important, and amply provided by A-Plan.

It was ok but they actually let my insurance expire before they bothered with me. They rung me various times but I was always at work and they said they'd ring back in 30mins but never did. I am also still waiting for my breakdown cover details. Not great but they are cheaper than previously.

This was our first time using A-Plan. We contacted our local Bromley branch after our renewal offer from our previous insurer had gone up. It was a refreshing change to actually speak with someone who was able to get quotes from the multiple insurers and offer advice rather than just relying on a comparison website. We ended up with a good quality policy at less than our renewal, so very happy all round.
