I've never gone anywhere else for my car insurance. What I appreciate is that they know my name as some of them have been there for years, when I've had the odd crash, I've been able just to walk in and they've helped me (no hanging on the phone for a faceless voice), and when I forget my breakdown details I can phone them and they'll tell me. All of that is priceless.

very helpful over the phone with Q & A. when a policy comes up for renewal you have the new cost with existing cover which might be higher, or a like for like cover at a cost you like. No need to change so stick with A-plan and be loyal
