I was called today by Lauren Serrano Burke from the Bournemouth office.
She was polite, friendly and efficient. She was also patient and good humoured when I had a slight hitch with my card payment and realised I had to transfer money between my accounts in order to pay!

No complaints with the policy review and renewal. What really infuriated me was the upselling at payment time. I fully understand why you try to upsell but if you do it again you will lose ALL my business.
