Easy to do, and saved having waste my time listening to endless bureaucratspeak from my old insurer's phone line (and not getting through to a human being, even after three phone calls).

I have been with A Plan Insurance at Carterton for at least 4 years using them for my wife's car, my car and our house insurances. I find that they are happy to work with you offering good advise especially if you search the internet in finding a lower quote. This year the assistant manager Katherine Hyde-Hunter was very patient and helpful with both the car insurance quotes which ran out in October. The final quotes were very close to those found on the internet with the benefit of being able to contact them easily by phone or in person.

I was contacted by A Plan Insurance, reference renewal of my current car insurance. Steven Smith and the staff were excellent. I have saved money on insurance, and add ons like breakdown, right off protection. All was fully and carefully explained and all costs laid out very clearly.

Had a call from the Andover branch to renew my home insurance. A gentleman called Richard Hennen went through my policy and explained everything so clearly! Insurance can be very confusing at times, but Richard answered all the questions I had and managed to find me another great deal.
It’s nice to deal with a real person who is also easily contactable ( not a great big call center!)

This morning Richard from A Plan replied to me about my Landlord Insurance Renewal , he had scoped the Markets not with just the cheapest but the overall Best Insurance for my needs , this is where A Plan go that extra mile ,YOU! I believe get that Personal Treatment: I use A Plan for my other insurance requirements ie House /Cars because of this.
