After several years my broker amalgamated with A-Plan Insurance and I was a little apprehensive.
No need. They handled the New policy professionally and politely. Having a broker on my side to look at the market saves hours of frustration and ensures a good deal that meets MY needs. Well done A-Plan.

I’ve been with them for some time and I like to stay loyal and keep my business with the same company if the value for money etc is good.
Frustratingly my renewal increased a lot and after shopping around I was ready to move to another provider. Last minute A-plan managed to get close to the other quote and I decided to keep it with them again.
It’s really annoying that the renewal you get from A Plan is from your existing insurer and not from their wider panel... saying that - I always seem to be with the same underwriter anyway..

Decided to insure my late mother's house through A-Plan, as we already have both cars insured with them. A-Plan's Carterton office staff made the whole process very straightforward and provided an excellent professional service. Highly competitive quote and a better all-round policy/ cover than I had previously. Highly recommend this company for insurance.
