I find dealing with A-plan is always a good experience. All staff that I have dealt with have been professional, friendly and helpful. I have just renewed my car insurance with A-Plan and also have home contents insurance with them. You don't have to wait for ages for someone to answer the phone, which is great.

There was an issue with the 'old' not renewed policy with RSA that required a few calls to resolve. Hopefully, a refund will arrive soon. Thanks to Lisa for hopefully sorting this out.
