Once it was established following a phone call from A Plan that my renewal invitation was stuck in the Christmas post, using email I received the documents and was able to renew the cover in good time.
Staff were persistant in seeking renewal instructions for which I was grateful, there never was a possibility that I would be without cover should I have chosen to renew the cover, which I happily did.

Ive never made a claim for anything so wouldnt know what to do if I had to. I was with another company for 40 years and suddenly realised my Insurances were going up and up even though I had never made a claim! My daughter uses Aplan and I really liked the idea of using a local one that you could pop in like we always used to be able to do and Im so glad I did. The staff are very helpful so I am really pleased I changed.

A Plan and the way they work is exactly why I use a broker. Each year across a number of different policies (cars home and travel) they prepare and present competitive renewal quotations and present them to me for consideration often having to email and call me repeatedly to get my attention (without there persistence I am sure I would often end up uninsured).
