Fantastic insurance company, so helpful and knowledgeable. As a family we now have our home and all our cars insured with them. We love the fact that you can actually speak to a person when you call rather than an automated service requiring you to press various buttons and then be put on hold or in a queue for what always seems an eternity! Exceptional service from Sarah Bruno at the Bletchley office. Have used the Bicester branch for years and have usually dealt with Richard who is always polite and very helpful but now have had dealing with most of the staff in the branch and found them all to be very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
