Excellent customer service from Tamsin. I have just made the purchase of a VW camper van and was nervous about ensuring the awning, contents and fully converted value were covered. Tamsin was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and guided me through step by step. Best bit was they bet Adrian Flux's quote by over £150 with far better cover! The company representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was disappointed about the price rise as I was put onto the same insurance company Ageas as I had been with for years. Told it was a newer van, yes the value is higher. It was newer to me, yes but I had been driving the same type of van for 24 years. Only changed due to it being written off in a no fault accident, hit from behind. Very unfair to me.
