From the outset, Adam advised me thoroughly (yet concisely enough to suit me), was patient and showed a good understanding of hearing my business needs in setting up the correct package.
I've recently renewed my policy with Adam, again being very pleased with the communication throughout as well as the end result.
I will be taking up the offer of looking at my household and personal insurances with them now too.

I went into the Howden St Albans Branch to renew my car insurance fir the first time with tham.I was greeted by James Hewtson who I found to be very friendly efficient and professional He clearly explained the policy renewal procedure very clearly and precisely.I found the other staff in the Branch also very friendly. It was so refreshing and pleasing to be able to speak and deal with a staff member Face to Face rather than feel forced to go online! A fantastic 'Old School approach'.Great experience!

My gratitude to Howden is because my house insurance was due in early March when I was in hospital at that time so unfortuntly when your reminder came I was not aware of it till I had a reminder on voice mail So although being a month later you still had all my particulars a day thankfully I paid up m insurance,premium at an excelllant price so this is why I h e given you the highest rating thank you C Wainwright4
