Recieved great customer service from the Harrogate team. They listened to my insurance and provided a fare price in response. The quote was sent to me promptly as assured. The young lady arranging the cover and payment the following day was polite, took time to explain the details. There was no pressure or pushiness and definitely no rushing through the whole process.
