renewal comes in (and you think), 'Ah, same price as last year, that's good'. No, it's not good, don't be complacent,” Martin Lewis said. “The market is down 18%, you should not be thinking your renewal is the same price as last year.
Disappointing Experience on renewal.
Car insurance Will go up considerably with Holden regardless of your situation no claims no change in circumstances you will still not receive a
discount on your second year of policy. In your first year, you will receive an enticing price to catch you as a client. Year after year it will continue to rise in Price. Your policy will never fall in price.
Also, Howden is your broker. Howden will not allow other insurance brokers to use your insurer for a lower price. Seems to be a brokers agreement between insurers .. I’m not exaggerating when I say I saved over £1000 by going with a different broker and insure .. MP are further investigating into reason prices rising year on year. A slight rise in the repair of a vehicle, but not as much as they would like you to think.
No rises in accidents in fact, it’s down and electric cars are significantly less likely. It is becoming almost impossible to ensure electric vehicle because of the insurer profit demand . Which will be a setback for British governments plan for
electric vehicles, . suggest you do not use just one search engine to find a reasonable broker .. Why we need these brokers seems to be another money making process. High broker fees added to some insurance premiums.
But there are plans for the Insurance, industry in the next couple years . Watch this space. 🍿

Never have I spoken with such a nice and knowledgeable insurance broker. I had a gentleman called Michael help me with getting quotes for a car that just falls into being a classic car, within a short time of an initial opening call I had a fully comp insurance policy starting at midnight the same night. Very helpful and honest, Michael really did find me the best policy for my criteria. Thank you Michael and the team for such a smooth process.

I recently had to make a claim after having a car accident, fortunately I wasn’t hurt, but my car was a write off. I truly shaken up and have had some anxiety, not being very good with technology at my age (76) . When I called the office (Taunton), Chris was the person who answered, he immediately put me at ease , took all the information, talked through what I had to do next, what to expect, who to get in touch with. He called me every step of the way. If he was busy with another client, his team mates would get him to call me back. He sorted everything out for me , he was an absolute Hero, I can’t thank him enough, he made an absolute nightmare a lot better for me to cope with, a real asset to your company. There are a lot of kind people about , and he is definitely one of them, thank you Howden.
