James Bradley did a good job. He was thorough and informative and took time to discuss options and potential issues. Good service. My only slight concern was that the payment receipt I was sent did not refer to either the vehicle type or registration and was therefore of little use as a tax receipt. This was rectified by an email exchange with the gentleman who took the payment over the phone but might be something the business would like to improve.
