The agent that answered my call I believe was Jamare Townsend as he sent me a letter via email straight after the call .He was extremely professional and was clear on what the policy included and what extras may be of benefit to me . I received the documentation very quickly and everything was as discussed . Couldn’t be happier .

On behalf of my mother in law I wanted to say how pleased she was about her experience with a young lady called grace in the Alton office who helped with her home insurance.
