Debbie Hacklett was extremely helpful and provided me with sound advice for my daughter's first dip into car insurance. The big insurers do not appear to award loyalty hence my reason for contacting a broker. Whilst I have achieved a good price reduction by using your firm, I do think that the ÂŁ55 fee you charge is over the top. Whilst I understand you have to make money, you will no doubt also receive a commission fee from Ageas with whom you awarded my car insurance to.
