When you phone them a person answers the phone quickly. My previous home insurer promised a call back after I had been on the phone for a long period but the call back never happened. As we found them helpful following a car accident which wasn’t our fault and found them reasonably competitive regarding price we decided to change our house insurance as well as both cars.

Charlotte Jones from howden insurance went above and beyond to help me get my motorcycle insurance she really did make it an easy process. Vikki Jenkins was also amazing helping me with my car insurance and any queriers. They really make you feel part of the family at howdens and there ain’t anyone else I would rather be insured through. Every member of staff is always so polite and helpful.

Well I tried to do my car insurance on line all by myself and after a long slog I did not come up with an acceptable outcome.
I personally prefer person to person service so decided to try Howden. I received excellent service from agent Daniel and a great price to suit my budget!

From the moment I entered the Office John Allsey and his staff warmly helped me to describe my car details and the level of Insurance cover I wished to obtain a quotation for. Jon then patiently used his expertise to investigate the best of the multiple Companies he could offer me .
