Renewal documents arrived by email in good time for review, and were complete. My subsequent discussion with an A-Plan agent on the telephone was most satisfactory. She was polite and professional, but friendly in manner. I felt she listened carefully to my questions and had satisfactory answers. No hesitation in renewal.

I just bought a campervan insurance via A Plan. So far I have been impressed with the service and Kevin at Market Harborough branch had managed to get me a good deal and threw a little extra as well. My name was misspelled on documents and I contacted the branch after a few days and it was changed with no problem. I hope that if I have to claim the service will live up to the standard provided so far.

Just renewed house insurance, albeit with different insurer. Got a cheaper quote from comparison web site was sure it was comparable but was busy so went with Aplan. Not sure I will use next year as there was an 11thhour increase that could have been mentioned earlier. No time to get new quotes without if complication of refunds etc etc
