Hi just renewed my house and contents insurance for the 3rd year. They managed to nearly match what I had found elsewhere. The benefit is you can call in to see them and if you phone they pick up straight away no waiting in a queue.

Car insurance renewed. Phone call was received 3 weeks prior to policy expiry. Explanation of current and new insurance policy was simple and clear. Queries answered openly and simply. Given vehicle type I feel I have value for money and am confident matters will be handled fluently should I need to claim or require roadside assistance. Phone is always answered quickly by a competent, polite person whenever information is required. Further more, a payment plan was agreed spreading the cost over a number of months.

The gentlemen i spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding. My partner used to deal with all matters insurance but sadly passed last year so I now have to deal with it and was slightly apprehensive of making the right decisions. We had used Aplan before so am hoping that I have continued to make the right decision but my overall experience was very positive.

this company A1 Insurance helped me with a claim when i had a leak, they took the problem of dealing with the insurance company away from me.There customer service are on the side of the customer and not on the side of the insurance company,so from my perspective this makes them a 5 stare company.
