I have dealt with a plan for a few years now and always found the helpful, knowledgeable. You pay a bit more than you do online but their office is only a few miles away so if anything happens you can have face to face discussions which means you get answers straight away. I would recommend them as they are a friendly bunch and will help if required.

Very helpful and informed service from James Bradley at the Tooting office. He managed to find a cracking deal for me, cheaper than last year, but with more cover. Really pleasant way to do business. No pressure, and was prepared to work out different permutations of mileage to get me the best deal. Excellent service.

Beat my renewal quote easily and a pleasure to speak to Adam who was professional yet made the call like talking to a friend. Proving my no claims was straight forward and made it a smooth transition to Aplan. I hope that I don’t have to make a claim but if I do, I hope it’s as stress less to claim as it was to take out the policy.

I have 3 policies with APlan and I deal with the Yeovil office where the staff are consistently friendly and efficient, specifically Mandy with whom I have just dealt with re my house insurance renewal. They are always happy to get the best deal for their customers. Personally I would prefer not to have the telephone calls reminding me to renew but as long as you make that clear they are totally fine with waiting for you to make contact when you are ready. I still prefer my documents in paper form in the post which is also not a problem to them. I have and do recommend them. I feel secure in the knowledge that as a broker they will work hard for me should I need them to in the event of a claim, something which I have found lacking with previous insurance companies.
