I have used a plan for many of years on and off reason why on and off is due to what kind of vechile I drive. They are freindly and very helpful. But what does but me and not just with a plan is why the price goes up each year when really they should be trying to get you a cheaper or alternative quotes one where it's cheaper so you keep you custom. This is not a dig but shouldn't have to ring or look else where. But this when you say over phone they look else where to find a better quote.

During lock-down when the office is closed, all correspondence has been by e-mail.
But the paperwork to confirm everything was sent via an attachment process that my Microsoft Office could not read.
I asked for copies to be sent by snail mail and still await it , a fortnight later.

Excellent service from Jane Spragg in the Kidderminster branch for my car insurance. She was extremely helpful, the service was very efficient and it was reassuring to speak to someone to be able to ask questions tor clarification of specific facts.
