I have been with A Plan for quite a while now and I have always found your staff to be very helpful and friendly when I have been in touch with you each time I have renewed my policy with you you have always let me know when my policy is due for renewal and i have been able to get the same cover each year, and yes I would have no hesitation telling my friends and family about A. I received a call from Alice Henwood of A-Plan Insurance Bournemouth,to remind me that my annual insurance on my car was due early February 21, she then proceeded to let me know that she had found another insurer who was cheaper than my present insurer,and sought my permission to change insurance companies, the answer was YES much to my delight, she then in a very professional way explained all the do’s and don’ts associated with the policy and other things you can have including legal cover, breakdown cover etc. I am very pleased with the way A-Plan has set my mind to rest for one more year regarding my car insurance and would definitely recommend there services to my family and friends.
