The service A-Plan gives is timely, helpful and comprehensive - reminders about renewals (-which I would probably forget!), seaching for best deals, checking for up-to-date or new requirements, and taking care of all the details (-which I would probably get wrong!), plus being somewhere to immediately turn to if an insurance claim becomes necessary. A 'safety net' that is well worth the modest administration fee.

Friendly, helpful service by phone. Able to find an insurer who would accept no claims discount from French insurer after we had returned to Uk after residing in France 12 years. Not everyone will.

I decided to collect all my insurance cover under one umbrellas and I was recommended A-plan. I was delighted by the way that I was guided through the process on the telephone.

When setting up a new policy I was eased through the inevitable question and gathering information process. It was towards, what I guess, was the end of the working day but there was no sense of rush.
There was a follow up call and I get the sense the company and personel will be easy to contact if and when needed.

This is a review of your Insurance broker James Evan's. It is NOT appertaining to the Insurance company Axa whose assistance in my time of need was woefully lacking.
James has been an absolute tower of strength over the last 10days since my car was demolished by a tractor in the floods. He has gone way above and beyond the call of duty offering not just a super efficient amount of practical assistance but also making support and advice available at any time.
I could not have asked for better service from an insurance broker and quite frankly could not have waded through all the complications without his invaluable help.
I am hugely relieved l chose A plan in Chester and l hope you will tell him so.
