First contact early February 2021 was satisfactory and I paid Annual 2021/22 Premium in full. My Bank Statement confirms payment made.
But it took two phone calls - one on 1/03/2012 as 2021/22 Schedule NOT yet received and further call when DUPLICATE schedule arrived ONLY to be a copy 2021/22 March 1st 2020 to February 2021 schedule!.
Finally correct 2021/22 duplicate schedule arrived safely about 6th March approx.
The staff at Salisbury were helpful and polite.

I am a 73 year old male and have been with A-Plan insurance for some years, and have to say that I am very happy with the service I have received. I have two cars insured through them, and when they come up for renewal, I usually renew without any fuss. The A-Plan staff at Maidstone are always very polite and helpful. . . The fee doesn't differ very much at all from year to year, which is important to me. I am an advanced driver (Instutute of Advanced Motorists) and accident free, so I like the fact that it doesn't go up very much each year! It would be better still of course, if drivers with my qualifications and driving record received a bit more of a discount, but hey, that's life. Peace of mind is important to me, and I know that as long as I drive carefully and legally, I will be fine. My main concern, is other drivers who have no insurance, and drivers who drink! Thank you A-Plan!
