Very polite and helpful. Efficient. Paperwork always in order. Good prices. Prior to covid I like to be able to go to office premises locally to discuss options in person. That's a bonus. And no "press 1, press 2 etc etc" whenever I telephone. A person answers every time. There's a lot to say for good old fashioned customer service. Staying put. Will recommend.

A-Plan made their annual phone enquiry offering to renew our insurance. They had an alternative offer which reduced our payment enough to make the Change worthwhile. Due to COVID everything was done by phone and online. A very friendly, efficient service.

I was looking to insure Team Emotives R45 Atlantic Rowiing boat and I was given Yvonne's name as the go to lady for this kind of specialist insurance. from the off she was superb, understanding our needs and requirements. Yvonne was always polite despite some of my daft questions and she found us the best possible cover for what we needed. I highly recommend A-Plan Insurance and Yvonne if you want to do something nuts like row across the Atlantic in an open rowing boat.
