The only complaint I have, was that for some reason, I received NO notification that my car insurance was about to run out and therefore NO invitation to re-new. Apart from that, my phone call to your office, soon resulted in my car insurance being re-newed to my satisfaction.

Your A Plan Operator telephoned me on Christmas Eve. I believe our Car Policy runs out on the 24th. I was very surprised she was still working! Unfortunately I can not remember her name, as we received an excellent service! The cost of the renewal has risen a small amount but her expertise re our Home Insurance was very welcome as you probably know we receive numerous emails from other companies offering deals, but we are very happy with Your Services.
