Great service from Richard was amazing and related tob my criteria. Couldn't beat renewal on my everyday car but was great price for the mustang. Not the cheapest but the service was impeccable & for a matter of £30 I'd prefer the piece of mind with a company who went that extra mile for me. .

We have found A-Plan to be a very good broker. The prices they obtain come in below those of nationally-advertised insurers, and their staff are well-trained and courteous. Have used A Plan for years for modified cars as they take the time to ask about your needs to find the best insurer. Lauren Serrano Burke (Bournemouth Office) searched the markets, provided me with detailed explanations of whats required and supplied me with a very competitive policy.
Quality of service is lost in many companies, but not in A-Plan, I'm very satisfied and will continue to give them my business, both in domestic and commercial policies.

i was phoned before my property insurance policies ran out and immediately A -Plan staff gave me new quotes which were acceptable. The paperwork for checking arrived without delay and they phoned me a couple of days before payment was due which was duly dealt with. Everything could not have been dealt with any better.
