I have been using this company for over 10 years, their knowledge and able to deal with the one claim we have had, has been professional and courteous. I also have my holiday let’s insurance and car and van insurance.

Disappointed for the second year in a row when I requested a hard copy of my policy of which surprise surprise has never arrived after being reassured and promised they would be posted.

I popped into the branch, a friendly member of staff sat with me and completed the paperwork and within days, money landed into my account. I couldn't believe how simple it ws - no laborious forms to plough through online, asking obscure questins that I wouldn't know off the top of my head, with long or expensive waits on the phone to ask. Dealing with a claim with A-Plan was seamless, quick and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend A-Plan.

Had the best experience insuring my van with A Plan. Dan was amazing! He helped me find the best price and package. He was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I called for another insurance policy. As always a very efficient, quick and valuable service from he Aplan team. Luke at the Tooting branch was exceptionally helpful. He knows his stuff, doesn't bombard you with insurance jargon, and gets the job done quickly.

On this occasion the Branch Manager dealt with my insurance renewal entirely satisfactorily and would have warranted 5 stars. However on the 2 previous occasions that I have dealt with A-Plan, I experienced problems and would have transferred to another company but couldn't find one that I could be sure was any better. Hence my overall opinion at present is 4 stars.
